What You Need To Know
The most important steps you need to follow are to ensure you sign up once you reach eligibility age.
At 65 years of age, you’re eligible for Medicare Part A. You need to sign up for this. Part A covers inpatient hospital stays, care in a skilled nursing facility, hospice care, and some home health care.
You also may need to sign up for Medicare Part B. Part B covers certain doctors’ services, outpatient care, medical supplies, and preventive services. Part B requires premium payments and this is based on your income. Failure to sign up for Part B can result in lifetime penalty fees. You can delay should you continue to have group health insurance.
You also need to sign up for Medicare Part D. Part D adds prescription drug coverage and is a separate policy. You need to buy from a private insurance company OR it can be included in a Medicare Advantage Plan. Failure to sign up for Part D can result in lifetime penalty fees.

Craig brings with him over 38 years of insurance experience as a sales agent, agency manager, wholesaler and regional director for 3 major insurance companies in the New England Region.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in all insurance product lines. Craig has worked extensively with people in need for Medicare advice. In addition he partners with top Medicare experts to provide health insurance solutions to the masses.

Prior to working in the insurance business Craig taught elementary school on Cape Cod.
Background.
Craig is active in the Bethel Rotary Club and in his spare time can be found teaching skiing at Sunday River Ski Resort, fishing a local lake or climbing a nearby mountain.
Craig and family’s love of mountains and lakes attracted them to Western Maine. After vacationing and travelling Maine for the past 30+ years, Craig and his wife Beverly finally realized their dream of living in the Bethel Maine area in 2016.
